Q. 1) What is Stamping Jewellery?

Stamping Jewellery - The Jewellery which is made from sheet metal is called stamped jewellery. This jewellery is of light weight and has good value for money.

Hallmark Certification - It is a certificate of purity of gold in jewellery articles certified  by International authority for jewellery

Q. 3) What will be the lead period for delivery of the lot ?

Lead Period for the delivery of Stock - The lead period depends upon article.

a)   If the article is from the existing stock the lead period is 30-45 days from the receipt of order or advance or the letter of credit.

b)  If the article is to be made for the first time, the lead period is 2  months because it involves making of die and tooling and the approval of samples prior to the manufacture of jewellery.

Q. 4) What is the minimum order quantity ?

Minimum Order Quantity - the minimum order quantity is based on selection of design. If it is a new product than the quantity is decided based on the cost of die and tooling.

Q. 5) Development and designing of the first lot.

Details about the development and designing of the first lot - The new product from the drawing stage is converted to solid sample by master goldsmiths, subsequently the die and tooling is made and prototype samples are made. These samples are sent to the customer for approval before the commencement of production

Q. 6) Details about the Quality Inspection and Certification ?

Details about the Quality Inspection and Certification - The factory runs on the principle of total quality management, wherein each department is responsible for its own quality standard as set by the quality control  head. However the final quality is certified by the final quality inspection department, before packing and dispatch.

Mode of Despatch - the mode of Despatch is by air.

Destination Airport - the destination airport is specified by the customer.

Q. 9) What are the Terms of Payments ?

Terms of payment - the terms of payment are - advance for gold in US Dollars or Letter of Credit or Mutually agreed advance terms.

The goods are shipped by air  on Cash Against Documents basis i.e. on (CAD basis) or as per L/C terms.

Insurance - The goods are shipped on C.I.F.. Insurance, Freight and forwarding are billed on actuals.
